INDU is an unexpected sensory journey. Our team seamlessly blend the essence of Sri Lankan village culture with South Asian influences, creating a dining experience like no other.
Our food philosophy revolves around coastal and village-inspired dishes that hero the freshest seasonal produce. Since our launch in November 2015 in Angel Place, Sydney, INDU has consistently delivered flavour-for-all through an inventive menu where vegan and vegetarian dishes are proudly crafted with the same love and attention as their meaty counterparts.
THE Sam Prince Hospitality Group
As part of The Sam Prince Hospitality Group (TSPHG), we're dedicated to pushing the boundaries of hospitality.
Our founder, Sam Prince, a philanthropic entrepreneur and medical doctor of Sri Lankan heritage, partnered with Ian Hicks, a successful Melbourne-based businessman and philanthropist, to create SPHG in 2013. Born to Sri Lankan parents, INDU draws on his heritage and especially his mother’s cooking.

Bruno comes from an impressive fine dining background, having worked with leading hospitality groups & venues across Sydney. He joined the Sam Prince Hospitality Group a little over a year ago and brings his polished personality and flair to our management team.
Bruno enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests, often showcasing his love of wine through tastings. -
Amanda fuller
GROUP EXECUTIVE CHEF
Always inspired by travel, Amanda has worked in kitchens in Uluru and Tasmania before heading abroad to London for 10 years. Working alongside the Great British Menu judge Oliver Peyton, Amanda brings unique experience to the SPHG team.
