My favourite thing about working at INDU is constantly being challenged, allowing me to grow, always having support around me as well as having the trust in me to be able to run my Restaurant as if it was my own (which it is!!). Getting to work with a group of people I consider my friends rather than colleagues is pretty awesome too.

I enjoy working at INDU because I believe they want me to make a difference. We care about the food we plate and where the produce comes from.We care about the staff we have and the ones who will join us. Our managers are not glorified waiters with a set of keys
Our chefs are not robots with no input to our menus. Our FOH staff are not just waiters or bar staff who are here to kill time Our people are our family INDU wants to ensure that everyone who works with us, enjoys what they do.
INDU wants to ensure that the service & spaces we provide our guests, captivate them as much as the food.
